Late reply, but definitely the MC. Not only is the AP higher, but the Brc rating on the laser is per second while the Brc for the MC is per shot. The gimballed C2 MC fires 7.69 shots per second; times 1.5 Brc per shot comes to 11.535 Brc per second, or over 10% greater than the beam laser.
