Lol have you ever even used them? Because if you had I doubt you be saying they almost totally ineffective. For that matter reg frags have the highest dps of any wep in the game so they certainly aren't totally ineffective. I mean if you're trying to reverski kill someone from 6k sure they're useless but they aren't meant for that so saying they're useless cause you can't shoot something over 2k away with them is kinda pointless.
