FSD doesn't generate G-forces, works the same way as the warp-drive from Star-Trek.

The energy requirement of a mega-ship or cruiser jump has never been mentioned and hyperspace jumps in older games weren't instant so the energy does not have to be supplied at one instant

Instant communication only exists as far as gameplay is concerned, this is why the data-courier missions exist.
