Not a trader? You're outa your tree! Cutter is basically tied with T9 for highest capacity, depending on which shields get used with each, and used to be the highest. It has admirable jump range for so much haulage. Cutter is an excellent multirole ship that exells at everything except jump range, but even that's not bad.
