Usage
{{subst:Uw-3rr}}{{subst:Uw-3rr|Article}}references a specific article{{subst:Uw-3rr|Article|Additional text}}adds text onto the end of the message
Please remember to substitute the template using {{subst:Uw-3rr}} rather than {{Uw-3rr}}.
