Should the page include this icon?
[[File:Icon-system-map-landfall-planet-odyssey-forbidden.png]] System map, landfall planet, Odyssey landable only when viewed from Horizons.
Looks to me like it should.
In general, my personal rules, that I created the Icons legend page(s) with, are:
Do not make it an encyclopedia. It's not a useless catalog of everything.
It is a guide. It is meant to help players.
Only include things (icons) that are hard to understand, or are needed for context.

I have no idea what that icons means. So if you can't easily tell in-game what it means, than IMHO it should be in the legend.
