Better double that budget since a 5A FSD is 5M cr alone. This my daily driver, in armed exploration fit ($17M, 58ly jump). Shielded it can do 48 tons of cargo, and only costs 8M. https://coriolis.edcd.io/outfit/diamondback_explorer?code=A0p5tdFfldd8sdf57l2727080200030n32v6432f2i.Iw18AzkA.MwBjEYxcYJlsxgBZIiA%3D.H4sIAAAAAAAAA3VQMU4CURAdYFl3YZcN34UsdChSGk0sjLGgtKCgIpQcgZIDWFB6BEtKjkDBASwtLCgsiKGwIhqXec5sshuM8IvJzLw3780fYpuIdkUJ5YlEf8xAdW4RmccPoL0uECHHXSVJSs7oE6jPdoBZxUCQkx7yHKUiweIbCD0RqTknRFFX5M%2Bf1gAK3MxI%2FR%2BZfxE8nJ4KKTGx%2BFpxS3E1MbN3mSryXWrtPgdEJZ1q6ZJntwJfaNbRDDaPMv3JRuYXK%2BDyfiuQw4MUilXJvvqS1ROT1zcg0hLuHsk7RirtkRrHSGV%2ByG6anFNDe%2BnKJz3u%2FF8SPvsHuhW%2BOdA13Mu6%2Bjmj5qE61IZ5uaWWAP19v1i6QebmAQAA.IwegLCqgzATCAGEBTAhgcwDbJJB%2Bg%3D%3D%3D

I suggest you buy a Vulture instead and assisinate your way up to a better ship, a lot of the modules from your DBS will fit. Or put some business class cabins in your cobra and do VIP tours (~1M each).

An ASP-X sounds like it would suit your play style, the above build is valid for an ASP-X. In cargo trim it could carry 120T. You'll need about 12M
