Rapid Charge Shield Cell Bank is an engineer modification that can be applied to Shield Cell Banks. It decreases spin up time and increases shield reinforcement at the cost of reduced duration and increased boot time.
It is available in 4 grades, with the highest grade offering up to 40% decrease in spin up time.
