I understand that the chances up recieving a rank up mission are completely random, but I have been sitting at 100% rank (none) and 8% reputation (cordial) with the empire for almost a week now. Every single empire aligned station I go to never seems to have the missions. Is there any sort of extra step that needs to be taken? Do I need to go to a station that is friendly with me? <ac_metadata title="Inability to find find navy rank up missions?"> </ac_metadata>
