What's the logic behind the Elite ranking requirement? How does that requirement deal with the scenario where the rank is removed?
Minor drafting issues:
- second half of the first paragraph loses subject. Perhaps "should demonstrate the group has had some impact on the galaxy as described below"
- a/an conflict before the Expand template, "references have been added". Month limiter feels really weird as written - perhaps "... template to provide a month grace period for appropriate references to be added"? Though I'm losing the fact that it can be removed at that stage....hmmm...
- "Player group articles that do not contain..."
