The Ships page has a large spammy video at the top that autoplays and follows down the page as it's scrolled. I can't find the video's code anywhere in the page source. Where's it coming from? Some kind of site-wide meta setting?

I checked old page revisions back to 2015 and the video is always there, but I've only seen it recently. I haven't seen anything like this on other pages.  Videos are usually in the Gallery section at the bottom.
