Template:Uw-spamublock

If you intend to make constructive contributions rather than promote a business or organization, you may request that your block be reviewed and propose a new username that complies with Wikipedia's username policy. Your unblock request must address all of the following requirements:
- Disclose whether you have received or expect to receive compensation for your contributions. If so, identify your employer, client, and affiliation in accordance with Wikipedia's paid-contribution disclosure requirements.
- Demonstrate that you understand why your account was blocked and explain how you will avoid repeating the promotional editing that led to the block.
- Describe, in general terms, the contributions you intend to make if you are unblocked.
- Propose a new username that complies with Wikipedia's username policy.
To submit your request, add the following text to the bottom of your user talk page: {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Replace "Your proposed new username" with your requested username and "Your reason here" with an explanation addressing all four requirements listed above. If you need help, you can use the unblock wizard.
Before requesting a new username, you should check if it's available first. To do this, simply navigate to this search page and enter the username into the search field. If the search returns, "There is no global account for [username]", that means the username you entered is available.
Appeals: If you believe this block was incorrect or made in error, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks before submitting an appeal. To submit an unlock appeal, add the following text to the bottom of your user talk page:{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. Replace "Your reason here" with an explanation of why you believe the block should be lifted.
