Do not delete this regional userbox template even if it is not currently being used.
This multiuse regional userbox creates a userbox that describes your association with the Federal Republic of Germany and declares your membership in appropriate regional user categories when placed on your user page. Template:Userbox
Use
To use this userbox template, place the following line of Wikitext on your user page:

This template should be placed on your user page. This template will only declare user categories from the user namespace.
Example
Placing the following Wiki markup on your user page:

creates the following userbox: Template:Userbox
and adds your user page to the following category:
