Blame the stupid pvp people who complained about shield cells that they are OP. They were not OP they were doing what they were supposed to do. The pvp people who didn't use them were idiots to think they could complain about other people using shield cells when they don't themselves. I mean really if somebody has something on the same ship as you that is better than whatever you have buy it and use it, if you don't like it then complain or if you don't what one don't and shut up.
