Just tested today, apparently my cutter was Masslocked by a buddy in his T10. (MLF factor of 26) we were alone in normal space, unwinged. Not sure if devs changed it or buggered something up, because coriolis still shows it at 27 MLF for cutter. Its annoying as a matter of principle, but not practical because 470 boost vs the battlecow makes masslock a moot point
