"Instead of answering I'll just say think of how op that would be in combat." I did and I say - no, it wouldnt. Is as stupid as saying "think how op heatsinks would be if you could synthesis charges instead carrying more heatsinks launchers, you could fill utility slots with other things like shield boosters". No, just no, you can recharge other things so it should be an option there too.
