Well then you wrote a bit to much to point out your thoughts. So yours main point is in your head but it doesnt well stated in your comment.
In concept development there are only rules which apply to make the concept adaptable to the game and to be close to reality. Other then that its all about concept design whch has its fantastic ideas. Its basicaly like real world idustrial design which has no rules in ideas development which can brake any standard but it must be adaptabale for human useage, so some limits must be apply.
Basically all you need to know about it as it is a heavy military ship which is exceptionally powerful and potentially useful in a variety of roles.
