I actually like the new system. Old one with automatically expireing bounties was rather a joke, not giving anything of consequences whatsoever. It's more complicated and criminal actions need more planning now, sure, but I like that. Espacially that this "I'm bored and therefore feeling like murder right now"-playstyle decreased. Griefing in the starter systems should stop, too.
