Doesn't chance that Reverberating Cascade effect can also be put on mines, which ECM does not do anything against. PD can at least shoot them down. But you need to put one in the front of the ship, if you can find a utility mount. Because PvP'ers will use mines when you fly towards them...
Non the less, it would be balanced if MRP's could protect against that effect, since it will make them more purposeful on big shield tanks... Instead of just give you more time to get the f-word away from there, when your shield go down, LOL.
