The part about stacking missions is not up to date anymore, when you take two missions for the same target, one requiring 5 kills and the other 6, you will have to kill 11 enemies to finish them both.
And I think the mission taken first will count kills first. So for example if you first take a mission for 20 kills and then for 5, you will not be able to complete the latter before you complete the former.
