Ok I'll ask you this question. When you were a "newbie" and say you had just saved up enough cr's for a viper but didn't quite have enough cr's for the rebuy would you have liked it if some griefer cmdr in a conda or whatever came and killed you just for "fun"? Seeing as all your hard earned cr's would be for nothing and you would be back in a stinking sidewinder probably not.
