CMDR Berton, I agree with you, but don't forget, FDL is a dedicated combat ship, while T-9 is a dedicated trader ship. Nobody try to trade with FDL and nobody fly into a combat zone with Type-9. Cutter is a disappointment because many player wanted a good heavy or superheavy multipurpose ship. Multipurpose ships are "multipurpose" because they can transform into a good combat ship or to a good trader ship. Cutter is not a multipurpose ship, it's a dedicated trader ship because it has a very large cargo bay, but sucks in combat.
