Yes test drives would be amazing to have, especially given the prices of larger ships. That 10-15% is quite a big sum of money the higher you go. I mean video reviews and the tech numbers just aren't enough for indvidual pilots. Everyone has their own style and comforts when flying.
Thats kinda why theres always such divide in the community on certain ships. Some say one is crap, others say if used right it's amazing. Everyone is different I am sure someone out there could probably make a real mean Cutter that destroys most things it comes against.
