Even with A7 prismatic shield the clipper's shield strength is nowhere near a python or FDL. Furthermore the power draw will force you to downgrade thrusters and weapons/shield boosters, not to mention the suboptimal positioning of the hardpoints making fixed weapons ineffective. This ship is absolutely great for PvE, but it's selfharm in PvP, especially considering the rebuy cost if you fully upgrade it with A7 prismatic, bulkheads, etc.
