Also, if you have your eyes set on the clipper and only have 2mil cr, I would suggest getting a t-6, going 100 tons cargo and weak shields, grind to asp, Take a nice break and do lots of combat or w/e (in something less expensive to repair or rebuy than your asp), then grind with 120 cargo asp with shields to clipper. Honestly getting Rank is the easiest part. it's affording the damn thing that isn't so easy.
