Yep, this is the thing that is easy to miss!

Your internal compartments (speaking about Cobra Mk III here) either have Class 2 compartments or Class 4 ones. This determines the best scoop you can fit in either. It's a bit of a shame. You have to sacrifice the amazing cargo size 16 holds to get a class 3+ scoop on board which is a big sacrifice to make. Shame...
