Also it's worth noting, that 1B today isn't as much as 1B was about 1 year ago, because of new mining mechanics, etc. It's easier to make CR's today then it was at that point. Furthermore, you can make them legit today, where you had to use exploits back then, to get an good amount. 1B was a lot, when I started playing some 4 years ago (even if you used exploits). Where today, is more like; "Mehh", - the legit way. So fdevs will probably balance the total cost of an Fleet Carrier, to today's standards. To what they consider, is something that you should really, REALLY want to get (fully upgraded). So it shouldn't surprise me that the total cost will be astronomical. Although I hope not.
