For those wanting to know how long it takes. With the bonus Federal Rank from the community goal I went from no rank to Rear Admiral in 4 days. I did Ochosi data runs with whatever donation missions that were less than 500k. It took 387 missions and a total of a little less than 12 hours and I feel that it could be done faster with better focus or mission RNG. I ended at Rear Admiral +10% to Vice Admiral.
