Presumably just as there is the Shadow Cabinet for the UK, the Shadow President seems to provide a similar function for the Federation (Shadow President = "Leader of the Opposition", opposing party's presidential candidate). Although the article 'the' Shadow President kind of implies there STILL is pretty much only a two-party system in Federation politics? Ugh
