I would just get both, if your wanting to PvE get Enginnered Bi-Weave as the regen will beat the Prismatics period, while if your PvPing the Bi-Weave's will be annilated which is there the Prismatics are prime as the raw numbers of it's health will serve better despite it's absolute garbage regen. and if your Thargoid Hunting? ALWAYS USE BI-WEAVE, The sheer damage of Thargoids (against sheilds anyway) will drop yopur prismatics and then those will never come back (again garbage regen) while with Bi-Weave you can make them nearly as storng as prismatics without losing the regen (Thargoids, and all Thargoids weapons do pure damage similar to Plasma Accelators and Shock Cannons)
