Have to say, utter tosh. I've had the Viper, FDL, Federal Gunship, Cobra III, Python and Anaconda. The Corvette beats them all by a MILE. My Python was fully tricked out, spent god knows what on it, and there wasn't much I couldn't take down (went through a stage of hunting Elite Pirate Ana's in it, tough but doable). I thought my Python was the best ship, but this thing is a BEAST. It handles as well as the Python (I've just upgraded my thrusters, to get the top ones is Cr57,000,000! ) upgraded the power plant, FSD etc, and I'm saving to do more. Been in numerous fights, and my sheilds have hardly been dented, much less down. Not getting out turned, and with mini cannon alround (at the moment) not getting outshot either. This ship is simply epic, and the idea that someone in a Viper or Vulture just runs circles round it till its worn down and dies is absurd. Took me a LONG time to get it, but it was TOTALLY worth it. I have 448 tons of cargo space, stacking seven sheild boosters, guns galore, and for a big ship VERY nimble. I LOVE this ship.
