they are on par. Anaconda tends to do more damage per minute, while corvette does more damage per second (due to two huge hardpoints and if you can land 2x plasma charges on enemy). Corvette also pitches much faster (with FAOFF). Corvette have bad jump range while anaconda is "home away from home".
TL;DR: both are awesome. Anaconda VS FC is not like "FDL for PvP, FAS for PvE". Choice is based on your preference.
