There are 4 bases there, 3 you can dock at and take missions. All the surface missions that aren't retrieving escape pods / killing sentries are targetted at Metcalf Keep +++. Visit the other 3 bases, mode swap between solo/open and stack up as many as you can. You either need to blow up a generator or scan the comms array. Just watch out for the goliath, hide behind a turret & wait for base defences to kill it before destroying the generator. The comms array is up on a building but can be scanned from ground level. Enter the base where the 3 big turrets are, the comms array is on a building on the right hand side. :)
