Cutter is amazing....but you need to A rated it out (I have C rated thrusters). Its big but its FAST from A to B. I can dictate when I fight. So if I only have 6A shields cuz I am trading...I dont fight anything that I dont want too. I put turrets it as well...this is a command ships...a big fighting cool looking cruiser and when you put those 8A shields....nothing can kill you.
