I've got like 5 ranks in Quince. Promotion missions are now spawning here, so I went to Wu Guinagi few times just for that. It's not a problem to keep doing missions if you don't need rank asap, as experience is still counting towards higher rank but is just not visible. I am currently 100% Prince, so next travel to Wu Guinagi and I am King and done with Empire. Quince also helped funding my 1 bill Cutter build, so yeah it's incredible system atm and I expect nerf next patch so hurry all.
