Give me a break.
1. The station rotates. The axis which it rotates around has the facet with the entrance on one side. So you can just LOOK at the danged thing spinning and have a 50/50 chance of guessing which facet has the entrance.
2. If you target the station the hologram that gets projected inside your cockpit has little diamonds on each facet that point at the facet that has the entrance. Except for the facet that has the entrance which has a little hologramitic representation of the entrance. Oh, and the facet that's opposite the entrance has neither.
3. That facet with the red and green blinking lights on it? That's the facet with the entrance on it.
