Nothing in the internal compartments, D-class sensors and life support, smallest FSD, smallest power distributor that still allows you to boost, smallest power plant to power everything. No guns or armor plating, obviously.
Realistically, with any kind of proper outfitting you'd be looking at 440-455 m/s boost.
