You could just buy a sidewinder and let yourself get scanned and destroyed byt the issuing faction if you want. Or you could just jump to the next system over (or any other system) and continue playing as normal... The bounty system is just (a little bit) more realistic now, you have to make yourself scarce in the system that issued the bounty
