If anyone is looking for those the easiest way is by doing Robigo missions. If you stack a few on a large ship like a conda or Beluga you can easily get 10 or even 15 per run, which takes only 10 or 15 minutes. Considering the trade rate being 6:1 when using random g5s as currency, this method is a lot faster, that's for sure.
Or alternatively you could farm conductive polymers from t9s at anarchy system and then trade for biotech.
