In outfitting the stats for repair capacity are:
2B: 64400
2A: 70000
When equipped in modules view:
2B: 2800/0
2A: 2500/0
This "should" mean that 2A has a little bit more capacity and each charge has more power -> repair is faster.
2B: 64400 / 2800 = 23
2A: 70000 / 2500 = 28 (every charge is almost 22% better than 2B)
