Found it and 8 enemy ships fighting over it in the Mant system near the B star.
Boosted in, lowered my cargo scoop and scooped it up as the enemies opened up on my complaining I was stealing their stuff.
Retracted the cargo scoop and boosted out with chaff activated. I escaped into super cruise with the AI relic worth about 140,000 cr.
