For minor edit it should collow Help:Minor Edit, don't think a Policy is needed unless it covers a broader term of how structure should be. But we should only remind people if they continually misuse the minor edit by over- or underusing it

I would like more policies, especially one for article structure and sentence wording. But not sure minor edit is one to have
