Hi, not sure where to post these proposals for discussion, so starting here. Today I was adding the new "Military Compartments" to the wiki. It was not easy as the arrival of this new optional equipment slot in the "Core Internal" section of the Outfitting screen has upset the paradigm on which the current wiki material is based. As well, I discovered that much of the current Outfitting info was woefully out of date, so I made significant edits to that to try to bring it up to par.
The result has left the Internal Compartment page of dubious value. It is almost 100% article stubs, and also very out of date. The general description of internal compartments is already provided in the Outfitting article (especially now that it's been updated). The specific modules each have their own main article pages, which are already linked directly from the Outfitting article (now up to date). Users can therefore already find all the information that is currently on the Internal Compartment page directly on either the Outfitting page or the various module pages.
I'm proposing therefore that the Internal Compartment page has become a redundant artifact overcome by events (and config control nightmare) and should therefore be deleted.<ac_metadata title="Proposal to delete Internal Compartments"> </ac_metadata>
