The real main draw back of the Vulture has nothing to do with power. It is the fact that the Canopy is SO EXPOSED. As soon as shields go down, even if you are running with a ship to your back, the canopy breaks after about three hits to the ship. THIS IS A COMPLETE GLASS CANNON. I had a fully upgraded viper and was making around 500k-1mil an outing, and had not died in months. Then I cashed my viper in for the vulture. With the vulture, my first outings were to a comprimised Nav Beacon where I was making about the same. So I decided to take advantage of the manueverability and took it to a High Res Point to hunt anacondas. Which it was well suited for but instantly the canopy comprimised every time. IF SOME ONE IS GOING TO PILOT THIS. MAX LIFE SUPPORT AND SHIELD CELLS ARE MANDATORY. Something that I did not have to worry about at all with the viper.
