I reside strictly in the Kou Hua / Iktock / Sif / Dyestla systems but Olahus Hub in Kou Hua has a Vulture you can buy there where you can actually buy practically every Class A rating for every module on it, except for the Thrusters. Luckily, there's a system with a high tech dock 2 jumps out from Kou Hua, LTT 537, but be warned, the station there is over 396K/Ls away so prepare for a 10 minute flight from the starting point just to get there haha.
