Yea, there is nothing "OP" in clipper pvp. Terrible hardpoint placement, anything with chaff makes it useless cause u hit nothing with fixed mode. Shields are shit, only good thing is the speed.
And what comes to your conda, its neither op. Sure its moving fortress, high damage output and can take fire for many minutes. BUT, with boost speed of 250m/s you never catch anything, trust me on this. I've tried pirate in conda and even t7 can run from it...
