^ This will be more suited for CZ than the one suggested above.Improved Courier combat design. The one suggested earlier did no power management at all. Whoever it was must not have really known what they were doing. I kept the same weapons and utilities, and the armor, I tend to fly without it on my ships, but you can do what you please with it. The thrusters are now A rated the Shield cell bank Is now a class 3 instead of two and b class to give you an extra charge. I also moved up the FSD interdictor, and added a fuel scoop. I left a class 2 and 1 empty do what you wish with them.
This design took out the cargo space, but for CZ it doesn't really matter. If you want you can keep the internals the way they were for cargo space and upgrade the Thrusters to A. Neither of those options require you to turn off the FSD just non essentials like cargo hatch FSD interdictor, fuel scoop.
If you want to carry cargo around and fight at the same time, attacked while carrying something you can put cargo hatch in lower priority and have the FSD turn off instead.
If you are focused on combat my original suggestion should work nicely.
