A very fine ship, good multirole as a trader,miner,pirate, very very fast with A class thrusters which are recommended on the Clipper and plenty of internal slots, its boost speed is tight to the Cobra MKIII, perfect for escaping interdictions and avoiding trouble, the large weapon hardpoints are meant for Turrets, use Pulse Turrets for best efficiency and continuous fire, the medium weapon hardpoints can be customized to multirole, one plasma/one gimballed multicannon, mining laser/multicannon, dual missile launchers etc, all depend on the specific role. The Clipper can run shieldless with safety due to its fast speed and agility with over 230 tonnes of cargo space along with hull reinforcements for extra strength, btw best shields for the Clipper are the 6A class with 3 shield boosters they give you over 400mj of shield strength, pretty fine protection for multirole Clippers, always use the big 7E class internal slot for Cargo which is 128 tonnes, the remainder of the internal slots can be customized per role easily. Overall a very enjoyable ship to fly and have fun, very highly recommended for new players and veterans to include in their fleet, ascend to Imperial Baron and give yourself a nice gift, the Imperial Clipper is worth it.
