Except at being the lowest cost longest jump distance taxi for one way trips between ship storage locations (yes you can have the ship transferred to the station you are at, but depending on the distance and ship type involved it is usually cheaper and sometimes faster to use a cheap long jump range ship to travel there yourself. The cheaper the base hull of the taxi the better as you will have 5% loss on investment of selling off the hull and any modules you did not replace before selling with stock or lower size/grade modules. 5% of the price of a hauler is less than 5% of the price of an adder and it gets a better jump range when fitted with shields.)
