It is possible to 'Engineer' a 5A Prismatic with 'Thermal Resistance Mod' or 'Reinforced Sheilds' and gain a 'Secodary Effect' to boost the Optimal Mass by at least 8.6%, this will allow you to fit it to a cutter.
